Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your Orivelle piece is not right for you. Eligible returns must be unworn, unused and presented in their original packaging with all included materials.
Starting a return
Please speak with our team before sending an item so we can issue the correct instructions. Unauthorised returns may take longer to process.
Exceptions
Engraved, resized, customised or final-sale pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. Return postage and non-refundable duties are the customer's responsibility unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once inspected and approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Financial institution processing times may vary.
